Mental Health
Provides a comprehensive understanding of an individual's mental health status, including any potential diagnoses, symptoms, and contributing factors. The evaluation serves as a basis for developing personalized treatment plans and interventions to support the individual in addressing their mental health concerns and improving their overall well-being. $400
Substance Use
Provides a comprehensive understanding of an individual's substance use behavior, its impact on their life, and the level of support or intervention required to address any potential issues related to substance use. It serves as a foundational tool for developing tailored treatment plans and interventions to support individuals in addressing their substance use concerns. $300 or $600 for a combo Substance Use & Mental Health evaluation (combo must be requested at the time of scheduling).
Parental Capacity
Provides an objective assessment of a parent's ability to meet their child's needs and ensure their well-being. The evaluation report can be used to inform legal decisions and to guide the development of parenting plans that prioritize the best interests of the child. $3,500
Parental Reunification
Provides a thorough understanding of the parent-child relationship and offer guidance to support the reunification process in a way that prioritizes the
well-being of the child and the family as a whole.
Base Rate of $2,000
Family Study
Provides a holistic understanding of the family's dynamics, strengths, and challenges to support the development of targeted interventions and treatment plans. It can be used in clinical settings to guide therapeutic interventions, within social services to inform child welfare decisions. The ultimate goal is to support healthy and nurturing family environments, promoting the well-being of all family members. $1,600
Child Custody
Provides the court with recommendations that serve the best interests of the children involved. The evaluation report typically includes an analysis of the parents' strengths and weaknesses, the children's needs, and proposed custody and visitation arrangements. This information can assist the court in making informed decisions regarding custody and parenting plans. Base Rate of $2,000
Violence Risk
Provides an informed opinion about the individual's potential for violence while considering the importance of balancing public safety with the individual's rights and needs. The assessment may be used to guide decision-making in legal proceedings, treatment planning, and risk management strategies to prevent harm to others. $400
Home Study
Assesses the prospective parents' readiness, motivation, and capacity to provide a loving and supportive environment for a child. The resulting report serves as a critical tool in determining the suitability of individuals or couples to become adoptive or foster parents. $1,200
