Sustaining Families is a holistic, team-based service focused on strengthening family relationships, enhancing safety, and stabilizing the home environment. Designed to help maintain children safely in their homes—or provide intensive support while awaiting placement—this service delivers structured, wrap-around care tailored to each family’s unique needs.
With multiple staff members involved and two present during in-home or community support, Sustaining Families provides consistent, hands-on guidance. Services may include mentoring, comprehensive treatment support, crisis stabilization, therapy coordination, assessments, and connection to community resources.
