Experiential Therapy Guided by Certified Professionals
(Service Overview)
Equine-Assisted Therapy is a form of experiential therapy that utilizes structured interactions with equine partners to promote emotional, mental, and relational growth. Guided by EAGALA-certified professionals, this ground-based program (no riding involved) allows participants to engage in purposeful activities that build trust, self-awareness, and resilience.
The therapeutic team includes a licensed mental health professional, an equine specialist, the equine partner, and the client. Through metaphor and interaction within the arena, participants explore relationship dynamics, emotional patterns, and personal challenges in a safe, structured environment.
